We recommend arriving at least 5-10 minutes early as first timers must be in the studio, on their rower no later than class start time, or they will not be allowed in. We teach proper rowing form in the first 5 minutes, and it’s critical that first-time students receive this instruction before taking class.

Running late but on your way? Give us a call and we’ll hold your spot for 5 minutes after class start time! If you do not call or check in by class start time your spot will be given away to someone on the waitlist. No one will be admitted into class more than 5 minutes after class start.

The minimum age requirement is 13 years old. Clients 13-15 years old must have a parent sign a waiver and may take class so long as they are at least 5 ft tall and 95 lbs and accompanied by an adult. Clients 16 and older must also be at least 5 ft tall and 95 lbs, and must have a parent sign a waiver, but can take class without accompaniment of an adult.

Class reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 12 hours before the scheduled class. Each class not cancelled within the deadline will result in a loss of one class from the purchased series or a late cancellation fee for unlimited monthly members.

If a class is fully booked, you can opt to be placed on the waitlist, and we will notify you via email if a spot opens up. If you don’t get a notification in advance, but you’re in the neighborhood, we encourage you to drop into the studio to see there are any last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

All class pack and membership purchases are final. No refunds, no exceptions.
