I have been working out my entire adult life, soon to turn 70 and I can honestly say it works your entire body with no stress and has made a difference in not only how I look also I feel. Every day I workout I am greeted by the owner Sarah with a smile on her face and words of encouragement. We are like family. Although it is competitive we cheer each other on to do our best. The instructors are awesome. I really can’t say enough about how rowing has changed my life. City Row at Short Pump is the place to go. Meet Sarah and the instructors and you will not regret it. City Row rocks!!!!!!

The instructors are top notch and I love that every class is different so you don’t get bored like you can on a treadmill. I was just saying to friend how the classes just “fly by”. If you’re looking for something to get and keep you motivated I highly recommend checking it out!
