CARDIO + CORE
The ultimate TOTAL BODY cardio fix combines heart-pounding rowing intervals with a serious core blast. Rowing drills activate every muscle group in your legs, core, and arms. Expect to cover serious meters and torch major calories.

 

FUNDAMENTALS
Learn the basics of proper rowing form with individualized attention. Not a prerequisite but great for new and returning clients who want more in-depth instruction on proper form.
