Is there a class limit?

No- a CityRow subscription grants you access to our library of thousands of on-demand workouts with new releases every week. Take as many classes as you'd like!

How much is the yearly subscription?

Our yearly subscription plan is $299.99. Each yearly subscription starts with a 14-day free trial* so you can be sure CityRow is the right workout for you! *Each account receives one free trial; if you are resubscribing, you will not receive a second free trial.

What is included with a CityRow subscription?

Am I able to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime. Just log in to our website at https://www.cityrow.com/en-us/login and click on the SUBSCRIPTION tab in the upper right hand corner of the page. Press the ‘cancel subscription’ button located just below your subscription. When you cancel you’ll still be able to use the app through the end of your current billing period.

What happens after my free trial ends?

If you set-up your free trial on the CityRow website or at checkout for your CityRow Rower: You'll be charged for your first month (Monthly Subscription) or year (Yearly Subscription) 14 days after your free trial begins. If you decide the CityRow App isn't right for you, you can cancel your subscription to avoid being charged. If you set-up your free trial directly within the CityRow App: You'll be notified within the CityRow App as soon as your free trial is up, at which time you'll lose access to CityRow's library. (Don't worry! Your stats and class records are saved to your account, so you won't lose them.) To get started with a subscription, head to the CityRow website to login to your account and purchase a Monthly or Yearly subscription.

How do I start my free trial?

Curious what it's like to be on the Crew? To start your free trial, simply download the CityRow App on your smartphone or tablet! Your 14 days will begin once you create your account. If you are purchasing a CityRow Rower online, your free trial will begin as soon as you login to the CityRow App on your smartphone, tablet or the CityRow Max tablet using the account information you set at checkout.

How much do I save with a yearly subscription?

Compared to the Monthly membership option ($29/month), our Yearly membership ($299.99) saves you nearly $60, sometimes even more during special promos. Keep an eye on our website and social media for upcoming promos!

Is there a free trial in case the workout isn’t for me?

You bet. Your first two weeks are FREE! Simply download the CityRow App on your smartphone or tablet to get started!

Do I need any other equipment to do the workout?

We recommend having a mat nearby for any “off-the-rower” exercises movements. Our instructors suggest using weights in some classes, we recommend having a light, medium and heavy set of weights on hand. There are also plenty of class offerings that only require a rower and a mat! To filter, open the CityRow App, tap “Classes” and then select the filter icon on the top right corner of the screen. Finally, select “No Weights,” and then you’re ready to row!

Are there advanced / beginner classes?

Yes! We offer a wide range of class types to challenge all fitness levels. To filter, open the CityRow App, tap “Classes” and then select the filter icon on the top right corner of the screen. Finally, select “Beginner,” “Advanced,” or “All Levels.”

How many classes are available?

We currently have a library of over 3,000 videos available in the app and are adding more and more every week!

Are there any classes that aren’t rowing?

Yes! Take your workout off the rower with our Yoga, Kinstretch, Pilates, HIIT and Strength workouts. Use the filter feature to browse our library of non-rowing classes.

What if I have no rowing experience?

We’ve got you covered! We provide rowing tutorials to get you familiar with the basic form of rowing. There are also many beginner level classes that will teach you everything you need to know to succeed! To filter these classes, open the CityRow App, tap “Classes” and then select the filter icon on the top right corner of the screen. Finally, select “Beginner,” and then you’re ready to row!

Are there workouts for when I’m traveling?

No rower? No problem! We feature a wide range of workouts, on AND off the rower. Keep checking back for new Strength and Yoga classes that can be completed anywhere.
